Conflict and Negotiation � In studying this lesson there are two major concerns in conflict one is achieving your personal goal and the other is good relationship with the other person and within these two concerns there are five styles of managing conflicts. I have always viewed myself as a problem solver.


4. Changing, Creativity, and Innovation � This lesson dealt with my creative side. Being creative can be characterized as originality or expressive and imaginative. I know that I have Creative moments in my life. I am a designer and sometimes when I am trying to created something then idea is never there. This is what I call my non-creative moments. I have to set myself in the atmosphere to be creative. Once the atmosphere ahs been set I can be very creative.

Motivation and Rewards on the Job � We studied about the five theory of motivation (1) McGregor’s Theory x and Y; () Herzberg’s Two Factor Theory, () Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, (4) Elton Mayo Hawthorne Experiments and (5) McClelland’s Achievement Motivation.
